Sugar free neutral mousse for any of your sugar free cakes, pastries or dessert. Flavor it with one of our aroma paste/compounds.

Recipe: 100 gr. Diabella Ready Mix Neutral
100 gr. Water
600 gr. Heavy Cream

Mix powder with the water, stir well until dissolved
Fold in the whipped heavy cream – allow to cool
